We always strive to send the file on time. At the time we send you the file, we also send the invoice. Invoices must be paid by the client within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
Any complaint related to the services provided to the client shall be submitted in writing by the client itself, ten working days after the delivery of the service. It must be specific. TEXTivors offers 24/7 after sales service.
In terms of payment, we accept bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer and Visa or MasterCard.

If you choose to pay via bank transfer, please pay close attention to the following:
- If you decide to pay in USD please remember that only ACH (US local bank) transfers in USD will be accepted. Transfers must be made from a company account not from individuals.
- If you decide to pay in EUR, only SEPA (European local bank) transfers in EUR will be accepted and wire transfers are not supported.
- If you decide to pay in GBP, only BACS and Faster Payments Service (UK local bank) transfers in GBP can be accepted. Transfers must be made from a company bank account not from individuals.
